I created all that tiles with Blender, by hand and with terrain generators. I later on printed them with high resolution resin DLP printers and showed that to some fans of Terraforming Mars. After that I launched it on Kickstarter and get quite a lot of request. I builded up a little factory of 3D printing and produced about 1 year and still delivering these parts.
