I thought about getting octane but then Maxon anounced a new render engine for Cinema 4D and man.. It looks awesome
But what are your thoughts about octane? How is the compatibility with your 3D software and how are the rendering times compared to other engines?

first thx octane is the faster render engine at this time for sure is gpu render base on nvidia cuda (so you need great nvidia card) and for 3d application integration lot of plugins is built now ex : 3d max , c4d , modo , sketchup and more is ready and work great with animation export.
