wow this looks like a photograph! absolutely incredible, i want to be there now
the only bit that i would say gives it away a tad is the wine bottle up-front, possibly if it was semi transparent, or let a tiny bit of light through it may make it look more realistic, other than that though, absolutely perfect!

VrayLights, just create bunch of them change their colors, intensity, move them around until everething looks perfect
