He and his bounty hunters group come from Iapon, an asian-like region and goes by Dikeido only by those familiar with him. For reasons to be revealed shortly, Dikeido takes on the name of Lucifer. He is publicly known as Lucifer. His people and him only reveal their true bounty hunter nature when they know that they could get a job out of it. Lucifer occasionally drops vague/joking hints in conversation about how they can get rid of people.

Personality:
Dikeido is not your ordinary pink and squishy Clefable. He's tough and he'd rather not take charge of a group of people that aren't his own. Children seem to gravitate towards him, so he's become very great with kids when they're around. He's not shy but very secretive. Helpful when given the chance but does not actively seek out those who need it. Also, he's a badass.

History:
His brother, a Kabutops (Sen), and him founded an independent bounty hunters group dedicated to taking down a range of assailants from petty targets to important figureheads. They either teach them a hard and painful lesson or they do the more drastic alternative: murder. Only RARELY do they take on jobs like these. Only SOME group members could do the job if they needed to, this includes Dikeido. After some unfortunates events, only a few members of this group had fled. Months of running had led them to become a mobile bounty group. They all take on different names and act as traveling merchants. They talk about how their "shipments" are coming soon and purchases are not available at the moment. This is all of them: link

They accept jobs from most pokemon, even from suspicious looking ones, but they will always assess their benefits before accepting a job. Declining jobs can happen. Dikeido does not mix his job's ethics with his own personal morals. He can and will take down any pokemon, good, bad or anything in between.

Murder is something that Dikeido is uncomfortable speaking about. He feels murder jobs are messier to deal with both physically and personally.

Move Set:
Metronome - His signature move. Any move. His bounty hunter job requires a wide range of moves to take down a wide range of assailants. His Metronomes normally go in his favor. Normally.
Copycat - This is his main chasing move. When flying pokemon use fly, he glides after them. When water pokemon dive, he follows. He is the best at what he does.
Wish - He usually throws out Wishes in combat to predict any sort of damage he'll take later. This keeps him healthy during long winded fights.
Moonblast - His most reliable source of damage. When he knows moonblast will be effective against the target he won't hesitate to use it, otherwise he defaults to Metronome.

Ability: Magic Guard - Can only take damage from attacks. This means falling damage wont hurt ect.

Inventory:

- Leather arm guards: Functional, stylish and SWAGALISHOUS.

edit: Life orbs sadly do no not exist.
- Life Orb: Given to him a long time ago. Makes him a lot stronger than most Pokemon he comes across. Small enough to fit under his left arm guard. (COMICS BACKSTORY INCOMING)
