bought a weird book called "nightmares and fairy tales Beautiful Beasts" by serena Valentino and FSc and it sorta paralles you know those weird japanese dolls that you see.(which btw just reminds me of LARPs and creepy "pretend" games we used to have as children) Having sort of an narative of the preivous owner annabelle doesn't know where the heck she comes from *coughstoyfactoryfromhellskitchencought* I just thought the doll was cute and sorta made her cuter...aw well thats what happens when I touch things apparently. Eather she was going to bust out with titties or she was going to become vomitroususly cute. lol.on that note enjoy

Yeah I picked that one up to. then I went and bought the other "one once upon a time" I like her style and how she retells old fairy tale favrites. I loved how she did Lil' red ridinghood. ^_^ Anabelle is awesome I want a dool like that... only not from "toy factory from hells kitchen". O.o'

shes really a very talented artist I wish I could find more of her books or comics but I just don't know enough about her to find them. I gueessss I could go to the comic book store and be like "Erm hey guys you know about Serina Valentino yeah do you have any comic books of hers?" but I always get the creepy vibe being someone who has boobs and the whole being a girl thing..I just end up feeling aqward XD.

Yeah the style has grown on me I will say that much. I just bought one of the paper back graphic novels, and its sorta was a acidental find to be honest.
Nah I didn't know you were roughtly affiliated with Serena Valentino, but it would be really cool to be mentored under her. Exposure to a persons way of figure drawing and poses can really develope the art that way. I think what I like most about her stuff is the fact she uses the well known stories and puts a special japanese twist with it. Sorta how you get in american 3 or 4 star resturants that make a cross between two styles of cooking to create something totally diffrent. French style sushi lol.

yeah I read the book a couple times over all the stories are really well drawing and put together. If there are others I want to get the them, but I just sorta found this one tucked away in the corner at express borders.
