karen would be a more light-hearted approach to Moe & Jessica Chastain would be a bit darker with more of a horror approach (especially the later books where she is sent on assignments at the torture/concentration camps) - I would really like to see Karen cast cuz of the Pinky & Brain relationship tho ... the series really works for me cuz of Stross' sense of humor... if only i could combine a younger Steve Carell with a younger Bob Odenkirk for the perfect synthesis of Bob Howard to play opposite karen's Moe...
