Yes I do draw my own stuff every now and then instead of using bases all the god-damn time. I sometimes use bases to practice with new characters that I take interest in just to get a feel of how they look, and I've gotten enough practice to where I didn't really need any references for anything.

The pose was particularly difficult. At first his left arm was down and bent and both legs were up kinda like the fetal position, but as I colored it I realized how ridiculous he looked. Luckily I drew this on my 3Ds, otherwise I would've had to keep scanning the drawing every time I changed it. So because of that this ended up taking 2 days to do.

Not sure what he's thinking about, probably life before the invasion of his dimension.
