Reminds me of death eaters in Harry Potter xD.
Lovely work! The shading on the skull is most impressive. Perhaps you could've added shadows on the ground to specify a light source? Other than that, it's a great piece of work!

Ohhhh, cool! I love all the little imperfections, like the uneven teeth and all the cracks. Very realistic and very creepy. You also pulled off the "grin" really well.

And that snake has a nasty-looking gleam in its eye...
