Description Like the title says, it's a Pikachu tf ^^ I had a fun time coloring this, and I tried to do something with the background with lightning bolts, although it didn't come out as I wanted it to.

though the proportions are off, and the picture lacks three dimensional qualities too it, the simplistic yet bold colorings stand out and attract my attention to it. Plus that, it's very clean in more than one way.
