In the game of life, there are no rules.
The strong triumphant, the weak mere fools.
To master the game, one must have great resolve.
His moves an enigma, his mind unsolved.
Perfect formation, his most helpful design.
Right where he wants them, the pieces aligned.
Partnerships forged, and broke on a whim.
The endgame plot’s what matters to him.
When one finds they’re a pawn, but all too late.
He has but one word to say.
That is Checkmate.

Sorry for the long hiatus in drawing, I unfortunately was not able to get anything done for Halloween nor Christmas this year. But sort of making up for it, I’ve made a new drawing as a tribute to the arcs and villains of four of my favorite Disney TV shows, Gravity Falls, Star Vs The Forces Of Evil, Amphibia, and The Owl House.
Here are Bill Cipher, Toffee Of Septarsis, King Andrias Leviathan, and Emperor Belos, each scheming their far reaching, years long plans for nebulous, but nefarious goals, in the form of a chess set. Representing the lives and roles of the many characters who are affected by their dark designs, they remain one step ahead of all opposition, and even “allies” as well.

The first two show’s arcs were a blast for me, and I’m currently on the edge of my seat, as are many others, with the arcs of the latter two! Enjoy!❤️❤️❤️❤️
