I like them a lot. Lately I was doing quite a lot of research on SF art and concepts for my card game, and I realised how hard it actually is to make starships. It is /EASY/ to create some unique looking ships, but it is extemely hard to make starships that can look real and functional. To merge the two leads, that is, make starships both unique and functional is the true test. Your starships are pretty good all around. They seem realiable, they have nice details and strong silhouettes, which is always a great benefit, especially thinking about a game asset. They also display an unified design, which is another great spot - the use of twin-engine stack, the finds on front and back, these details help the ships bond together under a single fabricator. All in all, really good job

I guess its incorrect to say things have to be functional or look real, all it does is to appeal to the sense, functional and real could implies plausibility, and that is an nasty territory in SF, don't go there. The standard of how SF design should appear is highly depend on the lore, and the lore has various degree of addressing certain aspect of science and fantasy, your design have to confirm what the lore is emphasizing, never directly confirm to science. Not all highly detailed and reasonable design is suitable for the lore. 90% of spaceship are not what the real spaceship should look with the said fictional technology, and 90% of the said fictional technology isn't any where possible in real science. Wrap you head around that??

Actually this is for a mod called Homeworld Rebirth, Im just making some designs on wimp, cant guarantee they will use these.

Those are just designs currently, I have to think a role for each and make some adjustment to reflect that.
