I just want to post my thoughts and observations. You got a very good sense of color and lighting, I think that's what makes the character very appealing.
Compositionally-wise though, I'd think that the upper of the picture could use some negative space to show more of the outer space/sky, this would provide a sense of scale to the character (as currently, she appears very tall).
Compared to previous similarly-themed uploads, there's some good progress made in terms of color and technique. Just need to focus more onto the composition and layout, good luck!

I think the reason why she "appear too tall" is the far background lacks obstacleย in between, therefore lacking some reference to her true size. But I agree she took too much screen in place of the sky, this unfortunately has to do with her design which included the wings, maybe this require a different composure to look convening. Maybe the environmental aspect require more screen space to be maximally effective. That background was an after thought that I had to add in order to have an optimal color and lighting practice. It took me some time to realize color cannot exist in isolation, the way you shade things depend on the environment, otherwise it would look like a photoshoped mess.

Very nice picture.
I really like the almost geometric shape of the feathers and armour. The shading is very good. Your highlights and shadows are nicely done. Good composition and the background adds interest to the scene.
The head seems a little small and out of proportion to the rest of the body. Also while I realize it's an anime style, real human breasts don't look like that and it makes what would be an otherwise interesting and artistic work appear a bit juvenile. If you are referencing an existing work then fair enough, otherwise it rather limits the character's appeal.
Overall a very good piece. Look forward to seeing more.

Im always having some problem with the faces, I can do it mechanically accurate, but the expression would look weird, I hope Im getting better at that. The main point of this work is to push myself in the color and lighting aspect, and Im glad it turned out well. Of course real human breast is not that large, this isn't a reference to existing work, but Im fine as long it can appeal to me. For the moment. The way Im currently handling the color and lighting would not look so good on a realistic design, I need stylelization to by pass the uncanny.ย ย
