About the model:
Good riddance for clearing this from my workdesk. It certainly took far more time than should - all thanks to the work on details like realistic wheels, separate aerlions/yaw controls wheel bays and movable air brake, but the biggest pain indeed was the canopy and scratch-built cockpit.
Original design is done by fantastic Kancho Iliev, recolored by ??? and templates downloaded from Only-paper website. According to availible blueprints the model itself represents the early pre-production series, in early VVS RF livery.
The model itself is fairly simple and nice-looking, however the subassemblies somehow turned out to be difficult putting together.
Build time approx. 2months (very irregular build process)
