Actually, the work on this vector started one day before the announcement of 2x19 "Putting Your Hoof Down", and was totally unrelated. Now its the first official announcement artwork.

Yeah, I was actually surprised that no one had done it before. This one really screams "Draw me!", but that episode has so much more DAWWWsome scenes, this one probably just got overlooked.
