It had always been somewhat of a lonely path, albeit the Vesper didn't know any other life, as such, they adapted to the solitude as best they could; accompanied by a seemingly other worldly, ethereal force that grew and danced in tune with the Vesper's emotions. Fear was one of the strongest, the red whisps would divide into tendrils, encircling the Vesper's neck and crown before a concentrated energy, the same brilliant hue, grew and erupted from their maw.
