This is so well handled. Whenever I try to paint or draw a cat, I always want to put in a lot of detail which ruins it in the end. You are a master with a paintbrush.

Oh, that's just lovely. Is it the light reflecting off the canvas surface that causes the light areas on the left, or is that entirely paint? Either way, this has a wonderful, airy feel to it with the strong light in the background echoed in the foreground, and those cat's eyes are so alive.
