I think Suwama is being 'tried' for abandoning Tepig

That is a serious crime? Ash did it 3 times (In order[Butterfree, Pigeot, and Lapris]) So why isn't he in court?

because it's different:
Ash released Butterfree to be with its mate
He released lapras to be with its herd and mother
and he released Pidgeot so it could be the leader of the flock.
Suwama however released it because it lost to a Deerling and he thought it was weak, and tied him to a pole because Tepig was so loyal that he'd follow him

Well PAUL released 2X Starly because they had no good moves, ANOTHER Starly because he won against Ash but wasn't good enough to his standereds, a Stantler because it only knew tackle, and Chimchar because it didn't use its blaze ability. That's 5 Pokemon. HE never went to court.

Paul didn't tie them to a pole and left them there to NEARLY DIE OF STARVATION!
The fact that Suwama released Tepig doesn't matter. It's the fact that Suwama left Tepig tied to a pole and Tepig nearly starved to death because of that.
What Suwama did to Tepig was FLAGRENT ABUSE and that's obviously a crime.

If Tepig was THAT hungry, it would have ramed the post down. Doesn't take a genius retard!

You wanna try to ram a post down on an very empty stomach? It takes ALOT of energy to do that and being hungry doesn't help with that.
Even then, Tepig DID get free from the post but got the rope trapped around his mouth, making it hard for him to eat. Unless you forgot about the episode when Ash caught Tepig?

I SEEN it! If I WAS Tepig, then I would (and could) ram the post down, then run to ANY trainer that passes by! It's VERY strange how nobody noticed it until Ash came! Ever heard of Anime Physics? Apparently not!

Do. You. Even. Read. My. Whole. Comment?
Even if you were Tepig, you would of been TOO HUNGRY to do it.
Also, I do know my anime physics and in anime, if you're really hungry, you're too weak to do anything else except talk and move.
Hungry = weakened unless it's Kirby.
Btw, when Tepig was abandon by Suwama, he must of become distrustful towards people, which is why he ran away from Ash and Iris and why he snuck around the battle club, trying to avoid from being seen by other people instead of trying to find one.

Dude. I said if I was Tepig. Some people can last a few days without food.

Yeah but they can't do much of anything active on an empty stomach. Go 3 days without food and watch how weak you'll feel.

the court is metaphorical, as you can see, Iris and Ash's Pokemon are the jury and Cilan is the judge - it's a dramatization of the situation, not an actual court case; this all actually takes place in the canteen of the Battle Club near Icirrus City
Plus, Sinnoh didn't have someone as dramatic as Cilan to make this situation

ALSO (I forgot this) He gave away an Azumarill because it wasn't good enough against Roark. I had a feeling this wasn't as serious as it looked, but crushing the dreams of 6 Pokemon to 2 Pokemon was more serious. Cilan is such a retard.
