I mean, Clemont can get good episodes, the writers just aren't paying attention
since he doesn't have Zygarde or any Gym or Showcase to challenge, they forget how much key plot points he still has
For one, he has the Brockawott - a Brockawott who, as I mentioned in my Episode Reaction Journal, still only knows 3 Moves! It's been over 100 Episodes for him, even Noibat has caught up in that time
Not only that, but Chespin has the Friend/Rival in Pancham and the Level headedness of Bunnelby to ally with
Bunnelby is another shout, why not have a Bunnelby Episode which focuses on the Tanuki?
You have a Luxray that's just Dying to use Electric Attacks and feud with a Lion-like Pokémon such as Pyroar
He's got 2 Gaping Gaps in his Party to catch another Pokémon with, like a Bergmite
He's Still without a Rival because you completely fucked Trevor up
His Father is Still Gallivanting as Blaziken Mask with his new Mega Partner in Crime-Fighting, Adonis Blade - who dons a Mega Garchomp outfit - without him knowing about it!
He's Still a Lumiose Gym Leader who can expect Challenges to help strengthen his Battling as a Trainer or Moral adventures to strengthen his character - you know, the thing he's travelling with Ash to do?
There's Also the Expected Episode when a Girl actually wants to Marry Clemont - though I'd think he'd need to convince Bonnie that she's not really right for him and as a whole explain why Bonnie is wife hunting in the first place

what's that? 10? 12 Possible Episodes in there? about 3 Thick into the Z Arc's Plotline?
