yeah, similar to Charmander's/Charizard's flame or Spoink bouncing or when Muk's pokéball was too stinky to carry aroundtbh the only Pokémon that had it's natural issues kept was Misty's Horsea, who was left at cerulean because it couldn't run around in the water as often as it could on the road :/
so yeah, Goomy's dried out, and this episode it needs water
but don't expect it to need it on later ones o3o
