I gotta say, when I first saw Bianca in the show, she didn't seem anything like she did in the game.
In the game, I pictured her as quiet, but eager. Maybe a little shy, but ready to try new things.
The show makes her looks clumsy, hyper, incredibly social, and a little bit annoying.
Her voice sort of reminds me of Jessie from Team Rocket too. Not the voice I pictured her with.
