Remember how I said way back I may color this in a fit of insanity one day ...?Y-yeah...
36 straight hours of pure insanity and here is the result. ;3
(I'm still thinking about replacing Caster with Tohsaka as The Medic... just because Rin has healing powers and likes to babble in German sometimes XD)
Bleh, I don't think I'll ever sell this group image as a print again- I just keep on revising it after I've already used up the paper and ink. T.T;

Not entirely true. In this case, Saber without her ahoge means a horrid, horrid that even you would pity. (Hint: Look at Saber Alter. Do you see the ahoge? No? Exactly. In Hollow Ataraxia, removal of the ahoge will result in a transformation into Saber Alter.)

Originally I wanted just Servants, but look at the facts: Rin has healing powers, occasionally speaks [recites] German like The Medic, and... LOOK WHERE CASTER IS CURRENTLY STANDING IN THE GROUP SHOT.

The positioning is right for you to replace her with Tohsaka alright...I suppose it all depends on what you want. If you want my unbiased opinion, I would say go for it, because Caster is a much less known figure in the Fate-stay night anime series than Tohsaka herself.
There are not that many characters in the anime that could do the job, and it would seem that Tohsaka is the closest.

It also doesn't help that Caster only shows off her unhooded, elven self for- what- one minute?* This weekend at the convention, someone who knew F/SN saw her and thought I had injected an original character into the group.

Time to point out that Caster was the best choice for the Medic seeing as her specialty, before she became a witch, was healing people (The deception involved in killing her father involved cutting a servant into pieces, putting him back together, bringing him back to life, and summarily making him immortal, her father wanted the same, and found himself floating around the sea as fish bait)
