My first (last? only??) entry for the March of Robots.
Basically in StarCraft II multiplayer, the Zerg Queen got a considerable buff to its anti-air range at the start of Legacy of the Void. Gets called "Ground Tempest" a lot by the SC2 community and yeah.
The buff has since been removed, but the meme is forever.

This looks fantastic! I really dig the concept, like the Protoss had infested the Zerg, almost!
I also totally dig how her forehead looks a bit like a fencer's mask, and how you turned the Queen's crest backwards into a Tempest's kinetic matrix!
