Okay. ^^ It's from Tales of Legendia, the creature is actually just a "bonus costume" worn by the playable character Chloe Valens. The game has a super-deformed style which I just made more super-deformed. XD The quote is something she says to try to sound all badass at the end of a battle.
(I guess you can kinda compare it to Saber in a lion suit...)
