Arsadraoi is almost right, the compass shows Scottish Rite on the right side and the levels of the York Rite on the left. Both paths are available to Master Masons who wish to further their knowedge. This print dates back to the 40's or maybe earlier, I'd have to check my copy in the files though.

Well, the firt three degrees are the only degrees of Freemasonry actually. The rest are of the Scottish Rite which is a sub group of Freemasonry.

Yes there are, infact it is a clean structure. Most of the people onley make it throug the first three degrees. When you go higher they have more influence

wow really only to the third degree. my grandpa is at the 33rd degree. He love to talk about it all the time now that i really think about it.
