It's not that bad
Really, it's just darkness, and all the sounds. The monsters are not scary at all. And pluss they die easily, depending on the mode. It's overall a great game with a awesome story. You should try playing. ~

I only have a big problem with the controls D:
It is hard to control the woman. (forgot her name 
I didn't manage to hit the darn things
I was playing it, the day I got it, in the middle of the night. It was hard not to turn around every 5 seconds
From that moment I said I must play it when I am first 18+ (lol, it said on the box 18+..... or was it 16+.... I am such a wimp

Oh, well, I do have to agree. I've played SH 2, 3, and 4. And the controls are really shitty on 2 and 3 and aiugugigh it is frusterating. On 4 it's fine.

Yes, it is MUCH MUCH MUCH better to play with someone .I recommend it immensely.
