Wonderful! That warm light that's coming out of the book is creating such a nice glow and contrasting the dark and gloomy atmosphere. Great work on the flickering shadows and the lich/zombie, too.

Love the lighting effects, the way the book illuminates his face (skull), makes it really magical. Love also the shading on his helmet, looks very real. And his expression is hilarious. I bet he's up to some major revenge or destruction.

Definitely good to see that even undead kings take time to relax and do some late night reading. This is why literacy is so important! Excellent painting, by the way. I suppose it would be harder to paint him of he were chasing you down a hallway brandishing some ancient weapon...
