Wow, that was relatively fast. The Pokemon was just revealed a month or two ago, and someone already made a costume of it. Bravo, someone works very fast (and maintains a high quality).

thats what i thought when i saw it @__@ i was impressed because somehow he could move the mouth so it looked like he was talking with the costume on. It was quite impressive
