Yah know. I posted this one on twitter a while back, but never posted it here. I am willing to guess that I got distracted as I am really good at that. But less about me, more on these goofballs. Here is another block of text

    Toriel is mother to both Flowey and Chara. She is also Queen of the Underground, meaning Toriel and Asgore are married in this AU. Toriel does her best to prepare Chara to be a roler of the Underground, however, Chara keeps running off to hangout with Frisk or Undyne.
    On the other hand Asgore is a very relaxed king. Willing to let Chara and Flowey do what they wish as long as no one is hurt. As Asgore’s ideals do conflict with Toriel’s ideals and plans, Toriel will still listen to him. This gives Chara a way out of doing their royal duties.
    Flowey is the replacement of Asriel. Flowey is also a dandelion in this version, not a buttercup. Nonetheless, Flowey is still Chara’s sibling. Why Flowey is here and not another version of Asriel is mainly because of the two ‘WORLD CODES’ of Asriel. Monstrum told Chara that they could pick one or they could have both, so Chara chose only Flowey so as not to see Asriel and feel a lot of regret.
    However, the monstrous dandelion still has original Flowey’s attitude. The main difference from this Flowey and original Flowey is that this Flowey does feel emotions and have a feel for the consequences. Flowey is a voice of reason though. The dandelion is a lot more of a smarty pants than as a condescending child. This version of Flowey tries to get Chara to do their royal duties. Although, he will join them when they do run off.
This Flowey also does have a SOUL, and for some reason does have an Omega Flowey form from the ‘WORLD CODE’. Since this murder dandelion has a part of Monstrum, like most of the monsters in the New New Underground, Flowey can transform into a Hydra like beast. This form is only taken when beaten. Flowey summons the ‘WORLD CODE’ from his ‘FILE’ to open his Omega Flowey form.
