I hated the 'Eggman' name ever since SEGA started using it more in their games since Sonic Adventure, and I hated it even more when tens of thousands of Sonic fans just "converted" from Robotnik to 'Eggman', as if it's the f***ing best change to happen since Digimon became an anime based on a Tamagatchi...THAT was a great show (except for certain things I'll keep to myself)! But the changes and more which SEGA made to Robotnik were like a complement to Adolf Hitler for killing people just because of their differences, the decision to cancel Beware the Batman in favor of Teen Titans GO, and the entire Twilight film franchise! They were the most idiotic and reckless changes to a character in history! Robotnik does robot things, Eggman is not a name fit for the same guy!

And as MOST readers would suspect, I wasn't popular for my opinions, but today, I've read a small "Off Panel" comic from Sonic Universe #85, where Robotnik (now called 'Eggman' by my enemies) is mocking an Ixis-possessed Metal Sonic about his new title as the "Crystal Sonic". Robotnik jabs at him for his dumb name until Crystal Sonic brought up Robotnik's dumb decision to keep his 'Eggman' name. An insult to himself, Robotnik refrains from mocking Crystal Sonic due to the latter being right about certain terrible decisions. Now, I'm proud to be me, and I'm also glad to know I'm not the only one who likes the Robotnik name more than 'Eggman'.
