Were he not standing on top of the vehicle like Captain Morgan in the Navy with weapon unslung, I would concur. Unfortunately, as it stands, I suspect the poor fellow will yearn for death when he falls, so as to avoid the Commissariats tender mercies.
There is a time and place for standing around confidently. On top of your enemies jetfighter/tank hybrid capable of hitting orbit and speeds breaking the sound barrier with finger off the trigger or even with your hand on the grip or gun at the ready, is not one of those times.

Repeling off the air wouldn't get you very fast acceleration |=> Gravtank wouldnt drop guardsmen instantly.
Guardsman isn't smeared over the windscreen |=> He could easily get on gravtank |=> Gravtank not moving or moving very slow |=> nothing will interfere guardsmen from aiming or shooting.
Guardsman have armored legs and arms |=> Datz carapace armor |=> He is stormtrooper or veteran |=> He is not stupid and wouldn't jump on the gravtank if there is any other target to shoot at or anything that threatens him
Commissar shooting stormtroopers instead of recruits/guardsmen? Datz a horrible dissipation. In that case Imperium wouldn't have a capable fighters at all)

Hardly looks like a vet given he is standing on a jet that can,in fact, accelerate very quickly, in the time it would take the putz to pull his gun.
Anyone jumping on a gravtank is an idiot when they have a tank busting gun. So, in fact, he is stupid or arrogant at best.
Grenades, death or glory, fine. But unless he has shot the engine and gun off the thing, which is not evident given the lack of visible damage on the vehicle or panic on the drivers face, all we have is an idiot standing there, announcing his whereabouts to the tank: Very bad tankhunting form for infantry.
What about the turret weapon? No evidence of damage in the pic. Again, just the sloppiest "veteran" to have anything other than a 5 min career in the Imperial Guard.
Armor does not indicate a vet automatically. It indicates a guardsman in carapace armor. His actions indicate "moron" who wants to die in a hurry.
Slack military discipline, poor form, bad way to approach a flying tank.
Stormtroopers are far from immune to Commissars. If higher ranking officers are not immune to summary discipline, I assure you, "veterans" being idiots are going to be shot faster than you can say "Praise the Emperor."
If you wanted to communicate anything other than "This man is a FOOL! Do not imitate his tactics EVER!" I would recommend battle damage for the vehicle and panic on the drivers face (to indicate the gunturret isnt about to either A) smack the guy off the vehicle or B) blast him to bits)and for pity's sake don't have him just standing there like an anime inspired arrogant nincompoop.
At least hold the gun, for God-Emperor's sake!

To accelerate very quickly you need a solid surface to repel from. Air is not very solid surface so it will explode with tank and everyone in a small radius if it will accelerate quickly. Eldar armor is more fragile than imperial and imperial skimmers cannot accelerate so fast.
Then maybe you can give me a reason why imperium producing powerfists which is much more expensive than ranged weapons? Everything in warhammer what use melee is stuped if u judge by modern tactic.
And panic driver face? Im sure all eldar will draw goof panic face on their helmets as soon as they fear smth.
That thing have no sign of any turret or weapon. So there is no turret or weapon unless i draw one. I dont know what weaponary wave serpent use and actually i dont care about it.
Well you can consider that is recruit with looted carapase armor and lucky enought to not get shot for "vandalizing" expensive equipment.
You forgot the bad way to approach imperial city. Bad idea to send serpent without covering of other vehicles. Bad idea to send dying eldar race warriors instead of already dead wraithguards. Bad idea to use stormtroopers to counter flyers. Bad idea to use melta on vehicle which usually floating in low orbit. Bad idea to use heated melta gas instead of plasma which can have much more temperatire. Bad idea to put muzzle flash on melta 'cuz it would be melted by gas. Bad idea to put administatum buildning in city outskirts. And so on. Should we continue to argue about logical actions in warhammer or in this case in this drawing?
No. I wanted to communicate: "Lets see how fast it would attract KNOWING PPL which think they are TACTICAL experts 'cuz they read the books about SNIPERZ!" I saw many of such as u. I am also sure that you shot RPG7 when you was 7 year old, you can drive an APC with ur eyes closed and you also know all subtleties of modern warfare in cities. (And i see u r anime fag))

Regarding Speed: Frictionless surface with advanced jet engine.
In Universe, the Wave Serpent, Falcon, Fire Prism, etc are noted for being blinding fast, both in terms of max speed and acceleration. Ergo, standing on a working one is a quick way to get blotted or thrown off.
If the guy had a Powerfist or a close combat weapon, it would be a good idea, as I mentioned. But he doesn't. So standing on the front of a vehicle, in the sights of its turret, with your hand off of the gun is stupid, even going off of in-universe logic of 40K.
Regarding logic in 40K: Granted alot relies on suspension of disbelief. But even in universe, which you were arguing both in this message and the last one, this man should be shot by the enemy or his own side. He is a tool. "Let me pose like I think I am cool...while standing on a (as drawn) fully functional enemy vehicle! What could possibly go wrong?" *applauds* Here's hoping he didn't damage the Imperium by breeding.
You can communicate panic in the same way you are communicating arrogance and stupidity on the guy with no visible face: Body language. Instead, the Eldar just looks up.No hand raised up in a panic instinct to cover face, to jerking back, no nothing. He looks rather serene and none too worried about a guy with a gun standing there.
No I cannot do any of those things you mentioned nor claimed to be. I just used common sense to call shenanigans of what is wrong with a picture. I have no issues with anime, but the pose is so typically cliche "I is are badass" that one sees in them. The dramatic posing at woefully inopportune moments is another sign.
So you don't draw key features of the vehicle? Alright. Fair enough. Don't get mad when people call you failing to properly draw the source material, especially when it disrupts the idea of something being "badass." Its like a Space Marine posing heroically...on top of a still moving, thrashing Carnifex. Equally foolish.
All the flaws I mentioned are legitimate criticisms. You ignore source material by failing to draw the gun, you fail to communicate that the Guardsmen has any good reason to be standing like a tool in plain sight on top of a tank (something that in universe is just plain foolish without a melta grenade, P-fist, etc)as well as by not drawing the gun being damaged or the driver being in any way worried. So there is a disconnect between two of the central parts of the picture.
It is a bad drawing. There are several things you can do to correct it, but as it stands, its poorly done.

Gravtanks even on mini have mobile exhaust tubes on its back. That mean it does repel from air. If he will try to get fast acceleration by repeling from air (And this is a problem to create such force in gaseous environment) it will be torn apart by the airflow it just created. All planes are blinding fast. But i didn't saw any of them becoming blinding fast in a moment in midair.
No turret. Thats Eldar command or recon vehicle. Huge antenna in place of turret (or it is just removed in 2nd case) and all small weaponary are replaced by extra sensors. If u disagree then name me every custom and mass producted vehicle used by all craftworlds and exodite worlds of eldar.
Eldar vehicle will be very useful to some mechanicus (which building is also nearby). Eldar prisioners will be very useful to inquisition. Stormtrooper understands that eldar wouldn't get vehicle in imperial city for no reason and wants to investigate instead of making another conflict because of his xenophobia. If u stretch ur brain u can think a reason.
If common eldar do not fear death then y should the warrior be? Which can walk the path of warrior for over9000 years.
And yeah. About sense of this picture. Go here [link] and do not post here anything before commenting explanation disadvantages of big nose in fact of massive weight and not effective respiratory system on every picture there.
