The demarcation between the foreground and background suggests a contrast, can't tell whether you intended that. The flying birds seem almost out of place and, as such, maybe represent a third element (the first two being the foreground and background). I see a lot going on in this picture.

Yeah, the main idea was to show some difference between "new Moscow" and "old Moscow". Then suddenly this bunch of birds appeared to complete the picture.
