You have improved the last time I checked on you (damn me and my disappearances DX) and I am very impressed.
First of all, your shading is FANTASTIC. The design is very original (like the stars in her hair <3 I want that hair style lol)
It is very adorable but it's not over poweringly cute to the point where all you wanna shout is "OMG KAWAII-FREAKIN-DESSSU~!" It actually has some style to it while still having that faint "OMG KAWAII!"- effect. If that makes any sense ... >m<
Anyway, I'll stop rambling.
