right click on the download and hit save as. You will then get the swf file. Then you just need to have some knowledge of html or what ever program you may use for web design and add it into there.

You need to have windows because I'm not sure if Mac does this or not but you make a html with the clock where you want it and change the background of the html to the desktop picture you want then use the html document as your background. (This messes up all the colours around the text on your desktop. ie. They don't just show the font its the font in a box of a colour.) I haven't found a way around that.
