Description Decided to make something with that character i made a long time ago :3

He’s a hacker for a living for a start-up company. But he prefers going out especially in the wild. He does that on his leisure time. Including vacation trips to exotic places. Abandoned places (as another interest of his is exploration, potholing and « archeology » which is his official hobby. He says « archeology » but it’s basically just tomb raiding and taking fancy touristic shots).

His nickname is 404 because of his tendency to leave computers he cracks without a trace and with all the data. He really likes to mess with his victims. He’s a vicious one. It’s also because him leaving 404 error messages all over the place is the best you can expect from him. He also likes to fill up everything with weird porn, sonic recolors and Nazi memes. And cryptic videos he makes late at night. « what do they mean?» (friend asks knowing he likes to hide crypted messages everywhere) *shrugs* « Nothing. It’s art. »

That statue is from an extinct tribe from a far away archipelago. 4 tribes lived in the same archipelago and went extinct roughly during the same period for yet unknown reasons.

The Invisibes were the last ones to go. That name, given to them by sailors and natives, first was given to them because of how difficult it was to spot the remains of their settlements despite them being quite impressive. It wasn’t only the fact the ruins were hidden in remote creeks, or even the vegetation creeping over it century after century, since local fishermen knew everything about the place, and were still surprised to find the ruins where they were. It has something to do with how the structures were built.

Indeed, old legends about this people turned out to be true when studies conducted over the basreliefs on the walls permitted to confirm that the Invisibes were a blind people. Their entire system of scripture was tactile.

Nacreous skeletal idols found on the sides of old paths seemed extremely strange and out-of- place to everyone who looked at them ; unlike the rest of Invisibe art, they were very anatomically accurate, except the eyes, which were protruding balls. As their study showed, these statues were not exactly statues. They were artificially mineralised skeletons of infants and young children. The best guess, looking at how the eyes were represented on these idolized dead children, is that the Invisibes had some sort of congenital disease and could only see to some extent during the first years of their life ; by the time they were able to speak and reason, they were all hopelessly blind for the rest of their life. That would be the reason why they worshipped children who died very young ; it’s not impossible that they would occasionally sacrifice them. They apparently considered these idols as protectors.

There are very rare examples of teenagers skeletons. Amazingly, it seems like those had been brutally murdered. They conjectured that those were exceptions who would be able to see for their whole lives, and were thus unable to live in the Invisibe society.

Holy crap, you thought of everything for this imagined culture. I couldn't find a single hole or fallacy anywhere. Nice work.
