I saw a pic from the show with these two scenes back to back and though it would be cool to make a base.

I don't mean to be rude...but you shouldn't give other people's art out for free like this. If you draw your own bases for other people to use, that's one thing. But tracing someone else's artwork--in this case, the work of the animators at Sunrise--and giving it out as a "base" without permission is unfair to the original artist and is a form of art theft, even if you link back to the original. I know a lot of people do it, but they really shouldn't.

I doubt you'll get in any serious trouble. Worst that'll happen is people like me telling you what you may not have realized you were doing. DA is ridiculously relaxed about this type of art theft. 
But at any rate, just because the site probably won't punish you for it doesn't mean that it's a good or right thing to do; it's still taking and using other people's artwork without permission.

Well their is one guy I was thinking of haveing Kota get jelious of when He visits Katherine's world.
Its a school boy that lives down the street from Katherine. When they were little he bullied her so she tried to avoid him, but when She started getting more popular due to her rise in confidence he found him self liking her...(only because she's becoming popular) Since shes so flattered she just goes with it.
I was thinking of having him have brown hair with bangs and brown eyes, but its up to you.
