I think it's practically normal.
Ha ha. It's still a great shot, weather you think it's unusual or not.
The oddity of it adds flare to it.

Hahaha, thanks man.
Well, to start get an F1.., lol bad joke. Anyway I was lucky enough to get invited to a photoshoot of the Red Bull F1 a day before the show they brought it to do. They took the car to a pretty cool rural environment of the country.
Sadly the weather was awful and on this location there was a nice volcano on the back, clouds messed it up and the grey sky was all over. So the best thing to do was to make an HDR.
The car is just parked there so that made it pretty easy

Very lucky and a once in a lifetime chance i would think to get such access to a F1 car. The dramatic sky adds atmosphere but not sure it really works on this as it looks a little false in a 'not quite' sort of way..
Would love to have been there myself!

yeah it was a pretty neat experience, there are other shots of it in my gallery that I need to re edit.
And the sky, yeah, i wish it was even more clouds or at least in a different way, but well, it's impossible o control nature so... they are as they were that day. Maybe editing the HDR in a different way would help but i guess i'll keep it this way.
Thanks for the comment, really nice to have critique.

The clouds set the mood perfectly, like it's sitting, waiting for someone to drive it.

would you mind adding the original one to scraps and then linking so we can see the difference? i remember looking at it but i can't remember it too well. very nice edit though, love the mood/feeling that it gives.

Glad you like it.
Yeah, the clouds (i kinda don't like the cloud portion at the right) give it a really dramatic look i guess.

This is an awesome shot, man. I'm going to start experimenting with HDR. I may try some at the Laguna Seca Historics next month.
Inspiring. Keep up the good work!

How did you take this photo? The track doesnΒ΄t seem to be a circuit and if you didnΒ΄t use exposure 1/4000 or sth like this, the car was probably not moving.
But the picture itself looks very nice.

Red Bull brought the car for the "Red Bull Urban Run". The car on the hands of Adrian Zaugg did some show in a main street of the capital.
One day before the event the team took the car to some strategic spots far away from the capital and some photographers had the chance to do some photos of the car. I wad good luck and got invited to the shoot, when we got to this point it was so cloudy that this was the best way to get the shot in my case, others made a manip and placed a volcano behind the car...
