Description In my Young Justice AU, the team has a number of villians thier own age, not just their mentors villians. This team does include the younger cannon villians, being the Terror Twins, Icicle Jr., Shimmer, Mamoth and Cheshire.

These seven are villians to the original team members from season 1, Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Superboy, Miss Martian, Artemis and Zatanna. I know there's Red Arrow and Rocket as well, but I feel like those seven are the mains. Anyway, here's some basic info (prepare for some cringeworthy names)

Jade Princess - Maria Calvallo was born a meta-human with superstrength. Her father Javier was a scientist who used her blood to help Bane create the drug Vemon.

After Maria's mother left and Javier was imprisioned thanks to someone revealing some of his unlawful acts, Maria ended up in the care of 'Uncle' Bane. He was initially going to look after Maria for only a few days until she was dropped off at her mothers, but the girl was unwilling to go, much more interested in finding her fathers traitor.

She quickly proved her worth to Bane with her natural abilities and became the Jade Princess, taking the name from a wrestler she had seen on TV. Her strength is about on par with Superboy, so she is primarily used against him.

Prince Pollen - Though his villain name is ridiculous, Sharya Chetti is one of the most dangerous members of his team. The Bialian youth was adopted by Queen Bee at age seven, after officals discovered he had unquie meta-abilities. His body created a power substance that could be released into the air, and if enough was breathed in, Sharya could take control of that person.

There were of course restrictions to this power. Once released, it took days for the boys body to reproduce the dust, making it an emergency option only. Also, with time and effort, the control could be fought off by a strong enough mind, and the dust would naturally leave the victims body within a few hours.

Still, Queen Bee had the boy adopted and raised him as her son, so she could use this power to her advantage. He has been treated as a Prince since that moment and incredibly spoiled.

His powers are particularly dangerous against Miss Martian, as he can make her use her more dangerous telepathic abilities.

Riptide and Undertow - Aerae and En'zal are Atlantean twins, and children of a Purist know as Bloodtide (oc). They are 'impure' atlanteans, due to their father (a mistake Bloodtide prefers not to think about), and a constant disappointment to their mother.

They were raised to hate impure atlanteans, though the older they get the more they question their mother and her beliefs, especially being impure themselves.

Riptide has been trained in magic and often fights Zatanna, while her brother is a strong waterbender and battles Aqualad.

Stray - Jasper was just a kid on the street before Selina Kile found him. Though small and weak, the kid had a fighting spirit which intrigued Selina, and she took him in, with every intention of having him be her own Robin.

Jasper adapted quickly to his new life of crime, and excelled at both hacking and keeping out of sight. He is incredibly light on his feet and nimble, but lacks any real strength. He avoids actually fighting Robin, but distracts and tricks him instead.

Avalanche - Lavina Frost was always an annoying shadow to her aunt Crystal. The young girl thought Crystal was the coolest person ever, and it often got her into trouble. No trouble was worse than the time Crystal was caught in an experiment gone wrong, and Lavina was also caught up in the ensuing explosion. Both ended up a meta-humans able to make and control ice.

This only led Lavina to stick even closer to her aunt. When Crystal became Killer Frost, Lavina became Avalanche. When the young villain team was being formed, Killer Frost was quick to sign up her niece and get rid of her.

Avalanche is not the most skilled fighter, and her abilities are most commonly used to slip up members of the team, especially Kid Flash.

Jester - Jester has very few memories of before she was taken by Joker and Harley Quinn, not even her name, she is Jester and nothing more.

To get to that stage she was tortured and drugged for weeks (think what happened to Tim Drake in Batman Beyound: Return of the Joker) until she believed herself Joker and Harley's daughter.

She is the most deadly member of the team, appearing sweet, but with no fear, multiple knives and a sick sense of humor.

Interesting concept. A team of young supervillains to counter Young Justice.

Ahhh! A young villain team! I love it! There are so many villain/anti-hero characters I was hoping we'd see in S3 that are close in age to the team... hopefully something like this actually comes true in S3!

Hopefully, we'll just have to wait and see!

I really like this idea! I felt like they should've given us more close in age villains for season one. We had a few, as you stated above, but the team mostly went up against adults. Anyway, each one of these characters sounds amazing!!!! I look forward to seeing more of them ^_^

I always thought not having a young villian team was a wasted opportunity, so I'm glad someone agrees!

I have plenty of ideas for these guys, so expect to see them soon, especially Stray and Jester.
