seems pretty cute, two things i dont like thought. 1. its way to bright for me. 2. the stripes is distracting somewhat, probably to much opacity or something, just didnt like the way they blended in(maybe delete them over the chars).
im not saying this to be rude or to make you feel bad, i just follow the rule that if people know what other think they lacks in a pic they can improve out from that point ^^
on the good points: the colours are good and the text is good (except the bottom which i can barely see due to the lightning)
also a link to the original would be good so people could see what you did easier :3 (just saying this since it seems you edited a stock wallpaper)

This is so kawaii I can barely stand it.
I hope you've tried sending this to the other K-ON! clubs.
The only improvement I could suggest would be to add some of the other characters. Ui, Nodoka or Sawako would be interesting to see like this.
