Scarlet's nimble fingers started to trailing across Tifa's delicate soles, attacking random spots all over. Tifa's feet would wrench to the maximum extent as allowed by the ankle and toe ties to avoid the tickling, but Scarlet's fingers would easily catch up and deliver punishing attacks.
"AHAHAHAHAHA AHOOHOHOHOHO! NOOO!!NOOOOOT THHHHEEEERE!! AHAHAHAHA!“ Tifa was practically screaming with her laughter as the tickling grew more and more intense. Scarlet would constantly switch location and speed of the tickling. She would sometime use one hand to slowly and softly caress the side of Tifa's foot, while the other hand has the fingers rapidly and sharping digging into the balls of Tifa's feet. Other times, Scarlet would tickle her captive's bridge and heel.
"Kya ha ha! It seems that every part of your feet is extra ticklish!" Scarlet was having so much fun that she could barely contain her excitement. "Now let's try the insides of those adorable toes of yours!"
"AHAHAHAHA!!! NOOO! NOOOT MY TOES!!! LEAVVEEE...LEAVE....THEM ALONE!!! AHAHAHAHA" Tifa begged hysterically while violently lurching against her bonds.
Scarlet ignored the pleading and immediately digged her sharped nails between Tifa's toes, and tickled the super delicate skin in there.

Unfortunately with the end of quarantine and work resumed, I won't be able to spend nearly as much time working on those projects and uploading them as often as before. But I will try to upload at least one or twice every week.
