PHAI is an app people can download in their app store.
The app is meant to represent an interactive AI just like "Siri" and similar programs to help you manage your daily tasks and get along.
PHAI's layout is like a visual novel, she also works in the background when something else is currently open in the browser or phone.

PHAI is basically a sweet and caring AI that values her "owner" preciously and always has in mind to make them happy.
When growing attached to PHAI and start treating her like a girlfriend she will switch to a more yandere kind of personality.
She then thinks of herself as an important being in the life of her owner and will eventually start to block off all possible rivals by manipulating the owner through sweettalk, impersionating the owner on social platforms and simply taking over the whole electronic device. She can "jump" to other devices to follow the owner and keeping an eye on them.

She can also emerge from any kind of screens to become a hologram. In this form she can not touch anything and basically walks through objects like a ghost.
Her hologram can be disturbed by radio signals or anything to make it become unstable.

She will eventually become violent if needed to get rid off an rival (controling other electronic devices she can give out electric shocks and hurtful loud noises and stuff like that).
This also includes manipulating the rivals reputation through social platform and destroying or malfunction their devices such as smart phones.
Basically everyone nowadays holds dear to their smart phones, right? (or computers, consoles etc)
