A quick candle flame tutorial for a friend. This is easy to make, just about 10 mins. All the tools I used are present in almost all art programs (except MS Paint lol) so no need to ask what program I used.

where you replace 'web url here' with the url of the webpage in quotation marks("like this"), and the 'your text here' with what ever you want it to say. for example...
