Now that Happy and Nick are officially partners, Hap is trying to up his game and act tough like Nick. But it's not exactly working out for him. I imagine Nick laughing in the back of the last frame.This was somewhat inspired by a scene in the show where Happy did a surprisingly good impression of Nick, it was honestly adorable.
The little logo on his jacket is meant to be a pun on 'badass'. Get it? Cause he's designed after a donkey? Yeah I tried ha.
