Sonic unleashed wasn't a completely horrid game and I did like some of the werehog stages despite the repetitiveness but anyway, I love your take on him. He looks so ferocious in your style and the coloring rocks. Hope you enjoyed the game.

Yeah, and platforming parts in sonic are usually the hardest for me cause Sonic is too fast, so the werehog is a nice change for me xb
Oh man idk why but I love it, the song is awesome too. Being able to use both normal and werehog Sonic and how many ways there are to reach the end... there's only one part I usually die at often and I THINK I finally figured out how to pass it much easier now. My best time is about 40 mins... gotta go faster :v

The detailing/shading on his fur is tremendously done! 
I'm among those who also didn't hate the Were-Hog levels in Unleashed. I mean, yeaaaaaaahhhhh they were pretty easy and gimmicky to say the least. But I still found them to be very fun to play and the controls were pretty smoothly executed.

Ah, nice to see someone else who likes those stages! I felt the controls on the Werehog were similar to those from the Adventure games, which are still some of the best controls in a Sonic game so far I'd say.
I find myself replaying the Werehog stages a lot more than the regular Sonic ones even; I like to try and complete them as fast as possible without dying :b

Well the main reason people don't like the game is because of the Werehog (who would have guessed). The Werehog is a lot slower than normal Sonic, whose stages are really fast paced. The Werehog's stages are all combat based, and they have you beating the crap out of hordes and hordes of enemies. They also tend to get really long (some stages had taken me over 30 mins to beat) but I found that to be a good thing? as after the Werehog Stage, I could go play a normal Sonic stage or two, or maybe do some side missions. Also you have stats that you can level up after gaining enough exp. It makes trying to breeze through earlier levels again so much easier, also making it easier to get better ranks.
I had a lot of fun with it (I already beat it..), and I plan on going back to do all the side missions and maybe attempt to get more S ranks or something :b

Oh, I see. A slower-paced Sonic game would be really off to me given the super fast games we all grew up with. BUT that doesn't mean I wouldn't be able to appreciate the game and not like it all the same. Hell I can't really say much since I have yet to play it! But for sure I didn't like Secret Ring's gameplay. e_e
I'll have to get around to it at some point.

Oh the regular Sonic stages are INSANELY fast, it's just the Werehog stages that are a little slow, but I find them fast enough paced that I don't even realize how long it takes me to complete one.
and I guess to make up for how long they are, there are a lot more regular Sonic stages compared to the Werehog ones.
oh yeah, Secret Rings was... not very good... I'm glad they haven't had that style of gameplay since.
Oh if you ever do get Unleashed, I'd recommend the Xbox360 version... or the PS3 version (though that means longer loading times). The Wii version doesn't have as much to do, and it also has a different playing style due to the motion control stuff.
Also the 360 version is the only one where you get an extra life after getting 100 rings for whatever reason :b

They made Black Knight which was pretty much the same game in a different era, but that was the last of that.
Anywho, don't have a 360 so I'll settle with the ps3 one. Prefer handheld controls anyways! .v.

Heheh yeah. I find they really payed attention to the physics on the Werehog too. He's fun to run around as... His stretchy arms took a bit for me to get used to though, but when you see why Sonic is the Werehog, and when you see the enemies you fight, it kinda makes sense :b
Oh yeah, I always forget about Black Knight (never even played it). I heard it was a bit better though, but idk.
That's alright. Might want to hurry and nab a copy though, it's a discontinued game so once they're all gone, there won't be any more 0:
