--------------------------------------For Redfeather and Rushingkit-------------------------------

The small she-kit looked around for her mother and father, "Redfeather! Rushstar!" She hadn't seen either of them sense that morning before the ugly monsters came. She raced forward barley dodging a trap. She looked around wildly, "Mama!" The ugly monsters were every where! They were grabbing her clanmates one at a time. She thought she caught a glimpse of some creamy fur but thought nothing of it. Tears began to arise in her eyes, she whirled around just to land in the claws of the terrible monster. It let out a weird purring noise as it held the small kit by the scruff. "Let Me Go!" she clawed at it trying to get it away from her, but without any luck. She was about to give in, when suddenly a bright flash of dark ginger fur shot out of the bushes, hissing and growling. "Mama!" she exclaimed excitedly, but her happiness didn't last long. The monster took one of its massive paws and kicked her mother. Redfeather lay motionless on the dusty earth. She hissed and bit the monsters claw, which made it drop her. She raced over to her mother and nudged her gently with her nose, "Come on mama wake up! We need to find dad a-and..." she stopped as she heard approaching foot steps. She turned around to see the same monster holding a shine den. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" She yowled at it. She was scared but she was going to protect Redfeather. The monster stopped for a moment, then turned it's attention to a another cat stuck in a trap. She saw that she had time she just needed to wake Redfeather up. "Mama come on, t-t-the monster isn't looking. We can get away," she put her front paws on her mother's shoulder and shook her a little. "Mama..." she licked her mother's cheek, only to get the taste of blood. She stopped and looked at her mom, blood was dripping a little out of her nose. "Get up you need to see a Medicine cat! They will make you better." The kit grabbed her mother's scruff and began to drag her. Redfeather weighed a lot more then she did but she didn't care all she wanted to due was save her mom. When they finally reached the bushes, she waited, and hoped Redfeather would open her eyes and tell her everything was okay. "Mama? Y-you must be tired, I-I will let you sleep, but in the morning we need to find everyone okay?" She waited for a answer but didn't get one. Tears streaked her cheeks as she licked her mother's cheek again then curled up beside her. As she soon drifted off to sleep her dreams were no longer dreams but nightmares. What she didn't hear or no was the small almost whisper beside her that answer, "okay."
