I love Luna and Tia. They are the best designed in the whole show, and both of them look gorgeous here.
Clean, swift vector with many highs, but a few lows. To the Art!
Let's start with Luna. She is very well drawn, with a colorful mane, tail, and eyes. The hair flap behind her neck is cute as hell, and her wings, legs and body are all nicely put together; they look genuine.
Tia, is also greatly drawn. Her slim body matches perfectly with Luna's. Being really tall and grand, She shows protection to Luna, and that's what I like to see In this pic. Sadly, she has a hair flap that's not her style, and her mane colors die a little when they get to the end. But this wasn't enough to break the piece.

I'm not sure what you mean by Celestia's hair flaps. Also, her mane/tail colours are the same colours I've used in every Celestia image. (They are MLP-VC's recommended colours.)

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so

machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.

a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you

Celestia's legs should be pulled in, and the top of her mane should have the same translucency as the rest of her mane. Check the colors of that part...

Her mane has a sort of ethereal feel, where the colors don't look completely solid.
I'm not sure exactly how to put it... The color just seems a bit 'hard'...
But I wouldn't worry yourself over it...
