Description
Sometimes I have the impression that he knows a lot more than he lets on...Update: I think this is his threatening look, because I showed this image to Pixel on my iPad and he stared for a second, his eyes growing almost all black as if he was terrified, and then he ran away under the bed.
Update two: Niko was not frightened when I showed him this picture, but he did get up and look around to the back of the iPad. I must also mention that Pixel regularly watches NASCAR auto racing on the television, so perhaps draw your own conclusions from that information.

Look into my eyes . . . You are getting sleepy . . . When you wake up, you will open a can of tuna and place it in front of me.

Sounds like a Robert Heinlein quote! One of my favorites of his is "Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea."

I collect quotes, and one of my favourite Heinlein quotes is: "How we behave toward cats here below determines our status in heaven." - Robert A. Heinlein
My all time favourite Heinlein quote is: "You should never attempt to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and it annoys the pig."

Those are good ones as well! I grew up reading science fiction swiped from my Dad's library book pile, so was thrilled when I got to meet Ray Bradbury once, and Isaac Aasimov, but never got to meet Mr. Heinlein, sadly.Β

Cool I've read a lot of science fiction as well, I used to have a two hour bus ride and used to select books based on thickness, so I read the Dune novels, the Foundation Trilogy, Battlefield Earth, and many others. I had an electronic relationship with Holly Lisle for a while, she gave me a lot of good advice and convinced me to self-publish. She used to refer to Jim Baan all the time, but unfortunately I never met either of them in person (as you probably know, Jim is no longer with us).Β
