Really well done - this is a sort of common photo on DA, but I've never seen someone almost struggling to maintain a pose against the wind ("what did you put your poor sis through?" -_- ). Love the angle you picked, love how the background and dress complement, and most of all, love how this says something: growing up isn't easy, youth isn't always with the wind.
