Wow! You have certainly improved compared to the last drawing of Kie! Honestly, it's hard to find the parts you can improve on here.

I gave you 5 stars for vision because it's very pleasing to look at, and the colors are nicely put together. The shading and lighting are also well done.

I gave you 4.5 stars for originality only because the pose doesn't look that different from the first drawing.

I gave you 4 stars for technique because the lineart is not the cleanest, and the eye on the right of the drawing is tilted. One thing you could do to make the lineart look more natural is on the shirt, draw the entire line first, then draw the hair, and erase the unneeded lines.
