Powers- Finger guns and blue fire magic
--A shy and kind-hearted young boy, adopted alongside his twin brother, Cuphead, by Ailsa and Asgore Dreemurr. Like Cuphead, he has amnesia with the only true memory being his first name and brotherly connection to Cuphead. Also similar to his brother, Mugman can shoot magic bullets of different varieties from his fingers as well as bright blue fire magic. Although lacking in strength, his sense honor an intelligence is impressive for a child. He's also a lot less impulsive than Cuphead. And he has a twin link that makes him feel his brother's pain, hear Cuphead's thoughts, and always seems to know when the red brother is nearby. Before he got amnesia, he originated from Inkwell Isles being the youngest twin of his brother Cuphead. He witnessed his foolish brother roll snake eyes and the Devil's casino and were forced to take the contracts from those who owed themselves to the dark one. Mugman and Cuphead were able to save the citizens however by torching all of Inkwell debtors’ contracts. However, none of that matters right now since that he's got amnesia.
