NOTE: This is still a concept test design, probably do some minor changes for the future.
Anyway, I've completed of the design test of A level 3 "Mobile" Rayzar. One of the obscured TF2 community buildings in the workshops that many people rarely know of. I like the design because it look is familar to the scrapped building "Repaie Node". For it functions... I don't even know what it true purpose does. Heck, even the creator of the Rayzar doesn't seem to know what it functions are. (Maybe a dispenser reskin in general.)
